We, at Kim&Co., are proud of the quality of products we manufacture and sell. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color or size of an item, you may return it. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted. Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return.

RÜCKGABE GEGEN EINE RÜCKERSTATTUNG

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), you can return it to us for a full refund. We only ask that you return the item in the same condition in which you received it with all labels and hangtags attached. Please include a short explanation about the reason of your dissatisfaction and a copy of your order confirmation. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item(s), the best way to do so is to return your item(s) following the instructions above and make a new order for the item(s) you would like.

FEHLERHAFTE/FALSCHE SENDUNGEN:

Kim&Co. erstattet Ihnen den vollen Kaufpreis einschließlich Versandkosten für einen Artikel, der in beschädigtem oder fehlerhaftem Zustand geliefert wird oder wenn Ihnen ein falscher Artikel zugesandt wurde. Alternativ und nach Ihrer Wahl ersetzen wir den Artikel durch das gleiche oder ein ähnliches Produkt (vorbehaltlich der Verfügbarkeit auf Lager). Wir bitten Sie lediglich darum, den Artikel in demselben Zustand zurückzugeben, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben, einschließlich einer kurzen Erklärung und einer Kopie Ihrer Auftragsbestätigung
