At Kim & Co., we take immense pride in the quality of every garment we manufacture. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of your item, we are happy to assist you with a return.

Please Note: This policy does not apply to Pre-order items. All Pre-order sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

General Return Conditions

• 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Original Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all labels and hangtags attached.

• Exclusions: We cannot accept items that have been laundered, worn, or altered in any way.

• Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return once it has been shipped.

Return for a Refund

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. For your protection, we strictly recommend using an insured delivery method (such as Priority Mail or a recognized courier).

• Documentation: Please include a copy of your order confirmation and a brief note explaining the reason for your return.

Return for an Exchange

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund according to the instructions above and place a new order for the desired replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

• Kim & Co. will refund the full purchase price, including original shipping and handling.

• Alternatively, you may choose to have the item replaced with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability).

• Please return the item in its original condition with a copy of your order confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Please understand that shipping delays caused by external carriers, customs processing, or force majeure are outside of our control. These instances do not qualify for a refund. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to helping you track your parcel and providing updates.
