We only ask that you return the item in the same condition in which you received it with all labels and hangtags attached. Please include a short explanation about the reason of your dissatisfaction and a copy of your order confirmation. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning and exchanging the item(s) (such as shipping fee). For your protection, when returning your purchase, make sure you use an insured method of delivery such as priority mail or your preferred courier.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item(s), the best way to do so is to return your item(s) following the instructions above and make a new order for the item(s) you would like.

DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEMS SENT:

Kim&Co. will refund the full purchase price including shipping and handling of an item, which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition, or if a wrong item was sent to you. Alternatively, and at your option, we will replace the item with the same, or a similar product (subject to stock availability). We only ask that you return the item in the same condition in which you received it including a short explanation and a copy of your order confirmation.

Bust 
Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist 
Measure around your natural waistline and keep the tape comfortably loose.

Hips 
Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Those with a petite frame may wish to take one size smaller and those with a taller frame may wish to take one size bigger. Fits vary by style—and personal preference. Size up or down as you please.
